Hm. I'm really horrible at talking about myself. At talking about anything, really. I'm extremely shy, awkward, and stuttery around people I don't know, and even most people I do. But at certain times and on certain substances, I'm able to stop mumbling incoherently, at which point I'm usually screaming, dancing about the house, singing at the top of my lungs, immitating dinosaurs, and being generally eccentric and obnoxious.

I'm extremely politically minded, and philosophy, religion (or lack thereof), ethics, and human and animal rights are the most important things in the world to me. From the very heart of my being I love life and I love people, but I'm often left disillusioned and resentful of society for their apathy, unintelligence, hate, bigotry, war, greed, and senseless cruelty. I believe compassion is humanity's greatest trait, and that we're all obligated to be as helpful, kind, and loving to each other as we can.

As a result of a monstrous Peter Pan complex, I'm excessively lighthearted, cute, and silly, and I love everything magical, whimsical, glittery, and childish. But I also have a very dark sense of humour, and am endlessly delighted by the offensive, blasphemous, obscene, and pornographic. I don't believe in taboos, or senselessly following social norms, so you can often find me digging in dumpsters, living in the woods or in my car, making out with sixteen-year-old girls, screaming obscenities at God, dressing in costume and prancing around Wal Mart at three in the morning, dry humping random houseguests, or trying to convince wasted homeless people to masturbate on my couch.

I'm extremely introspective and thoughtful, usually never paying attention to what's going on around me, stuck on thoughts a thousand subjects away from whatever's going on. Fantasy is always better than reality, after all... :-) Because of this, I can be very absentminded, and have a tendency of being hours late, forgetting things, not listening to people, and driving off in random directions without realizing where I'm going.

I'm abnormally fascinated by very minute and mundane things, and will spend hours contemplating and being amazed by such things as the highway system, rain, the alphabet, dogs, the ocean, and how things work. At one point in my life or another, I've had an extreme, obsessive interest in just about every subject I can think of, ranging from almost every science and academia subject to such things as comic books, professional wrestling, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Star Trek, Rocky Horror, etc... I'm a shameless geek.

I am a firm believer in separation of church and state. Religion has its place but not in the political arena. And while I am a liberal in some respects, in others I am conservative. I guess I would be considered a libertarian, which is not to be confused with a member of the Libertarian Party.

hello my name is ben i would describe myself as sort of an everthing man in knowledge i can hold a conversation about just about anything and can talk comfortably with anyone. i also enjoy any activity i guess im trying to say i dont hold prejudice and try to stay open minded in order to experience things the way they are, insted of off preconcieved judgments and pearsonal limitations, like if someone dosen't like polka music when they hear some they may not look at the song to see if it holds merit. i try to experience the world with new eyes everything holds beauty and everything is a work of art. i am a gentle and caring person always having concern for the people around me even in public, as a habit i try to move and act in a way that orchastrates my present situation in the most seamless and natural way like directing a symphony. this may sound silly but i learned to do this working at a fast paced restaurant. i try to embrace this world but also the infinate possibilities that the people and the environment create, and have felt sad sometimes at what the corporations, government, commercialism, and rapid expanse of technology. has created a way of life that is somewhat souless and disconnects people from each other and their community but also kind of programs people to think and believe in a limited way about everything and of course teaches people only what the companies and government want them to know in order to perpetuate the direction they want the world and economy to go and to inhibit free thinking. wow that was a long sentence. this is why i love children and teaching because children are so open, happy, have not closed their minds to posibilities, are optimistic, and in a sence still believe in magic. teaching is a wonderful outlet for me to help children learn about the world and very fulfilling for me. other things that are important in my life - music is such an amazing thing that many people have devoted their lives to it and were satisfied maybe because it is a telling of life but so much more. I listen to alot of music daily I love to sing mostly and tinker with instruments a bit, like percussion and string. I have recently been playing music with some old friends of mine and if things go well we may form a group and play some live shows but for now I just enjoy jaming, playing around, and just playing music. I am also partial to fast action sports my favorite is hackie sack. I also like to skate board. I've always enjoyed art and creating it so I usualy do art weekly and also try to find gallerys and other venues to go to. I love nature and the outdoors I try to spend some time each day in a sceneic location maybe just a park or walking on a beach.

I am bi and have never been with a guy and I'm not out. That's about it at this point.

I have been fortunate to travel and appreciate and few places in the world, i.e, Colorado, Mississippi, Washington State, Texas, Italy, Hawaii, and Germany (just to name a few). I grew up in the windy city, that's Chicago for those abroad. But without becoming too "long winded" here, I'm a person who likes the simpler situations in life.

Imagine spending a day out in the middle of downtown exploring the historic buildings and finding something new that you haven't encountered before. Then later that night, you're out at a nice hangout where your friend is playing in the band where you're in company with good friends, and there's the opportunity to meet new ones. Another day you're out at the beach dressed in full scuba gear going out in the cool, clear waters of the ocean ready to explore the rocks. Once you are in the water, it is pure bliss with coral on every rock and colorful marine life everywhere. You don't want to swim too fast because you want to see everything; every bit of coral, rocks, and fish. You come up out of the water refreshed after a refreshing dive counting the time when you can dive it again.

This is, to me, is a great time!

I really love the outdoors, anything to do with them. Fishing, camping, Hiking, its all good. I also love racing. It's been in my blood since I was a little kid, my dad always fixed up and restored old hotrods and muscle cars, so I got a niche naturally for things like that. Currently right now I'm enjoying a newly aquired hobby of motorcycles, I have a Kawasaki ninja (crotch rocket) that I love to ride. When I can, I really like to go cruising on it through the countryside, it's really relaxing, unless I'm misbehaving, but thats a different story, and I'm not going there! lol

I was born and raised in Panama City, which could be considered a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. Iâ??d like to think Iâ??m pretty laid back and extremely open-minded type of gal. Iâ??m continually learning things about myself and strive to better the person I am. My goal in life is like most of you, I just want to find my place in the world and make a difference. I have no idea what my calling is but Iâ??m sure itâ??ll find me. I'm still young and I'm not in a rush to find this said calling at the moment. I know I'll go far in life and hopefully I'll have someone special there with me to be a part of it. I, 100%, believe in loyalty, honesty and respect, and hold them higher than most qualities. I can't stand a liar. I take pride in being able to help others. I'd consider myself a giver and rarely expect the same; appreciation is valued more to me. I believe in letting people be who they are and not judging. I don't think I'm better than anyone else. I'm horrible with words. Explaining myself can be somewhat difficult seeing as how Iâ??m always changing.

My Randomness:
I love the beach although I don't get to spend too much time out there anymore. I live on my own which is a bittersweet situation. Sometimes I miss having roommates but at the same time I have fond memories of wanting to strangle them(jk). I dance/sing around my house in just underwear, a lot. I blush very, very easy. I'm clumsy and accident prone but coordinated at the same time. I like to dance but it normally takes multiple alcoholic beverages to work up to it in public. I'm horrible at it but at least I can keep a beat. I have the type of embarrassing moments where I just want to crawl under a table and die. I feel naked if I forget to wear a belt. You'll never catch me wearing brown shoes and a black belt or vice versa. I assure you that's the extent of my "fashion sense" because I clearly don't have one or really care for that matter. I dress for comfort aside from occasionally dressing up when I go out. The only things I miss about high school are my friends who moved and sports; I played softball and basketball. I love making people laugh and joke around a lot. I eat really slow according to my friends. You'll know I trust you and consider you close if I do any of the following with you: sing, cry, talk about sex and especially if I tell you I love you. I have a dog, Bailey, and I love her to death. I'm so horribly allergic to cats it's not even funny, but I guess you could say I like them. I love beer (imports preferably) although I tend not to drink much these days; Sweetwater Blue and Blue Moon are favorites. I love all types of food just as much. I like tattoos and piercings; I have a few but you'll have to ask to find out. My favorite colors are yellow and teal. Pink looks horribly bad on me.

I have a â??To Do Before I Dieâ?? list which consists of: skydiving, hang gliding, bungee jumping, diving and all that other crazy stuff plus more; the least extreme is probably to one day attend an orchestra.

I like stars. I find space in general amazing.
I love music and art. I try to be creative but things don't always turn out the way I want them to.
I'm very helpful. I jump at every chance I can to help others out. Dunno why, I just do.
I'm kind of quite at first. I just have to warm up to people in order for me to really talk to them.

I'm a recovering alcoholic. I'm jobless, I have no car, I ride a bike, and I live in a 20 foot travel trailer, on the marina. What I have is mine and I intend to keep it. Let's see. My name is Brian. I'm a student and work full time. I pretty much breathe books and music is my passion. My life tends to be either pretty hectic or uncommonly boring. I seperate my skittles by color before eating them and Vault is pretty much what keeps me going most of the time. I love to write. I used to work in the Bronx, two blocks from the best team in the world. Now I work in panama city, a few stops from the worst team in the world. What, what? Haha, I hate the Mets and boston that much, . I work 9-5, so I try to make the most of my nights and weekends. I'm easy going, unless you come at me with a weapon. I love all shows like CSI, Law and Order, Profiler, Cold Case, etc. I like sports. BASEBALL and football are my two favorites. I like playing pool, darts, and VIDEO GAMES . I'm not into clubs. I like quiet bars or restaurants, where you can actually see and hear people. I love Lean Pockets. I believe everyone should be happy and I try to not to let little things bother me.

Thought I'd join this site for fun!! I wish there were more interesting things to do here in PC. Moved here about 1.5 yrs ago for school and I still dont consider this my "home." Sometimes I like to chill at home alone..peace and quiet, and sometimes I want to be on the go. I occasionally make trips to Biloxi when I have my gambing buddies around and anytime I can get outta town is great. Dont get to go out as much as I used to, guess Im growing out of that, but I do like to let loose here and there. Working out is great..makes me feel awesome when Im done. I wish it were summer again. Im definitely a warm weather and beach girl. I hope my final residence will be somewhere by the water. Love, love, love animals..I have 2 kitties, but dogs are ok too..just a little more maintenance. Im a little quiet until I get to know people..Im just silently observing...

I'm just a very un-average guy of average years trying to live a normal life. I was married for 28 yrs and now have found myself alone for 3 yrs now. All of my attempts thus far to begin an interest again in perusing a relationship with a woman has resulted in a succession of one crazy bitch after the other...the next one crazier than the one before... and it wasn't my imagination., my friends and family can attest to this. Vocabulary is important to me. It's not that I'm trying to sound smarter than I am. It is more that I just have such a profound love of language and of the way that we use it. I go cross-eyed when I see people type "u" instead of "you" and 2 instead of "too". I'm not opposed to "lol"s or "omg"s, but when things are just pure laziness it irritates me on an irrational level. I WILL ask you what your favorite word is and I will tell you mine (though it changes just about every day, because I am constantly learning new words and fall in love)

I watch a lot of sci-fi shows, and pretty much love anything from Joss Whedon, though I only have the most basic of cable on my television. (I only have that because it actually ended up being cheaper than just ordering the internet package) If I like a show I will either watch online, download it, or get it on DVD. Cable television makes me watch things I don't care about just because it is on. Reality TV turns me off.

I have a dog, Roxanne, and a cat, Fawkes. If you don't like animals, move along, because those are like my children and are spoiled as if they were.

I just moved to panama city from tallahassee, and am interested in making friends and all the fun stuff that goes along with it. I'm an avid reader, have a job that keeps me on my toes, and am enjoying where i'm at in life right now. I'm also easy to talk to, so don't hesitate to hit me up with a message.

I have kids and proud of that fact...they will come first as they were brought to this earth by me (and another, however we won't go into all that)...they are my pride and joy and we are a package deal...so if you feel good about transitioning into someone's life that has kids, then please continue on the road of discovery into a life that I know will be a happy one.

I'm 25 years old and I am in the Air Force stationed here Tyndall AFB in Panama City. Why online you ask? Because just like you I like to screen and prejudge people based on their literary skills and photography!

I'm a very hard worker and very ambitious. I believe you get out of life what you put into it and am a firm believer in Karma. What goes around comes around! I have tried many things in my life, sometimes I have found success and other times I have found failure. However, I don't think you can truly succeed until you fail, so I take it all in stride and learn from my mistakes and use the motivation for my next task.

I consider myself to be a very responsible person and don't make excuses for myself or others. When I set my mind to something I do it. I don't placate low esteem and I don't put a velvet lining around my words. I say what I think and can come off as an a-hole sometimes, but the kind of a-hole impossible to hate.

I have a 3 1/2 yr old daughter who I love with all my heart. She lives with her mother in New Jersey but I am in no way a dead beat dad. It's a long story that I won't get into right now.

My perfect girl would be intelligent, independent, and motivated. I'm not looking for a trophy wife, but someone who can support me (edit: emotionally, not financially) and has my best interests in their heart.
