Patronis Elementary School Reviews

My son has gone to Patronis since K and is now starting the 2nd grade. He has had wonderful teachers and has learned more than I ever did at those grade levels. I am so pleased with this school and all of the teachers and staff.

We feel so extremely thankful that our children attend Patronis. From our experience the teachers that our children have had have been excellent. My son had a severe speech impairment when he qualified for the ESE program at the age of 3. His teachers and his speech therapist were great!. He is now finishing Kindergarten and no longer requires speech. Hurray for him and hurray for all the hard work his teachers put into him!! My daughter who is in 2nd grade has been with the same group of kids and the same teacher since kindergarten. She also has had a great experience and a wonderful teacher.

Although American, my kids grew up in Germany and did not speak any english when we came back to the US in 2004. Patronis was amazing in helping my children adapt and learn. My children never felt left out. The contrary! Teachers and students welcomed them in a manner that made them feel like they are the most special people (which they are to me, of course!). Due to this positive introduction to the american school system at Patronis, both my children are very good students and have excellent grades.usually better than their peers! My daughter is entering the 8th grade after the summer, and she still continues to bring home these kind of grades - Thanks to the 'foundation' provided to her by Patronis. PS: My children now speak accent free english!

Patronis is a wonderful school. The students are well behaved and happy, teachers extremely dedicated and administration caring and efficient. There are wonderful services for ESE students and a lot of tutoring available.

In my experience the teachers range in quality. Though the number of students listed in class size is not particularly bad, the teachers seem constantly overwhelmed and barely in control of their classes. After school programs, (i.e. Christmas program), are required for children which can create severe hardship for parents due to scheduling conflicts. If I had the time to home-school, my kids would be out Patronis by this afternoon.

My granddaughter started school at Patronis in the middle of last year. The quality of education that she was getting before coming here, can not begin to compare with this school. Her teacher went out of her way to help her catch up with the class, and make her feel comfortable here. The first grade curriculum here compares to third grade where we moved from. And the school ecourages parents to volunteer and welcomes participation in all areas in the school.

I put my son in Patronis after having him in private schools. This is probably one of the best public schools I have come across. He is flourishing at Patronis. Superior administration. Organized, disciplined and the teachers are happy there, whic says a lot. Definately would not be afraid to have my child in this school.

Excellent school ,teachers really meet the needs of all students unlike other schools at Panama City Beach. We were very please with our child's academic growth over the 3 year period she was there. Highly reccommended.

Both of my children have gone to Patronis Elementary since they started schoool. The teachers and staff are the greatest. My children and I love it.

Wonderful school, staff, teachers, and administration! Couldn't get much better!

Too many kids in classroom and no help for kids with learning problems.

What means most to me at Patronis is the overall atmosphere of teachers working together to help my children receive the best education possible. For example, when my son was diagnosed with ADHD, his teacher and counselor did all they could to help him reach his full potential in the classroom by providing quiet places for tests and a 'comfort' place to go if he felt anxiety. This school is not just about getting the best F-cat scores, it is about individual children and making sure each one gets the attention they need to succeed. I am proud of this school for it's efforts to accomodate parents who know what is best for their children.

This is my sons 4th year at Patronis, starting from pre-K. It is a wonderful, clean school.
